Roasting a Christmas goose properly takes half a day. Red cabbage that actually tastes of something takes even longer. We take care of it — you set the table.
We cook the complete Christmas dinner, deliver it warm to your home or your premises, set it up and collect the dishes the next day.

In every dish, not just the meat.
No bacon in the red cabbage, no lard, no alcohol in the gravy.
Most of what lands on a Christmas table is a problem not because of the meat, but because of everything else. There is bacon in the red cabbage and alcohol in the gravy and the baked apple. Not with us.

What people ask before booking.
Is everything really halal?+
Yes. The goose and duck are halal-slaughtered and come from Berlin suppliers. There is no bacon in the red cabbage and no alcohol in the gravy or the baked apple. The apple punch is alcohol-free too.
By when do I have to order?+
For the goose, by 31 October — halal-slaughtered geese are in limited supply. Duck and buffet are possible at shorter notice, as long as we have capacity.
From how many guests do you deliver?+
From 10 guests. For smaller groups the price per guest is higher, because travel and setup stay the same.
Do you deliver across Berlin?+
Yes, anywhere in Berlin. Delivery, setup and collection the next day are included in the price.
We are more than 40 people. Is that possible?+
Yes. From 30 guests the lowest price per guest applies. Send us the number and we will work it out.
Can we celebrate at your place?+
In winter we have room for 70 to 80 guests in Köpenick.
