Mandatory fields included

Food and its ancillary services — delivery, setup, collection — are taxed at 7%. The pure rental of the chafing dishes is a separate supply at 19%. A delivery note is not legally required, but we include one with the delivery.

What our live station needs at your venue.
A single sheet to forward: footprint, clearances, access, throughput. So your venue manager can decide in two minutes instead of writing three emails.

What we need from the venue
Level standing area
Firm, level ground. Grass is fine if dry and even; on a slope we need boards.
Vehicle access for unloading
We unload from a van. Tell us about access, floor level and whether there is a lift — with stairs we plan more time and one extra person.
Water nearby
No connection needed, but a water point within reach makes setup and breakdown faster and cleaner.
Waste and removal
We take our waste away with us. If the venue has its own rule, tell us beforehand.
Warming: no power
Our chafing dishes run on fuel paste. The buffet needs no electrical supply — and no generator.
Live station: to be agreed
For the live station we always confirm the energy supply with your venue specifically — before booking, not on the day. Please ask us about it.
Note for listed interiors, boats and marquees: fuel paste is an open flame. Where open flame is prohibited, talk to us before booking — we will find another solution.

Booking terms
Deposit and cancellation
Two sets of terms. Which applies is decided by how far ahead you book and by the order value — not by the occasion. A company summer party booked eight months out sits in the second tier exactly like a wedding; a wedding booked for next Saturday does not.
Short-notice booking
Booked less than 30 days before the date, order value up to €750.00 gross
- No deposit — you pay after the event.
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the event.
- Inside the last 72 hours: 80% of the order value.
Booked ahead
Booked 30 days or more before the date, or order value above €750.00 gross — weddings, summer parties, Christmas parties, company events
- Deposit of 30% of the order value on confirmation. It holds your date and is credited against the final invoice.
- More than 30 days before the event: the deposit is refunded in full.
- 30 to 8 days before the event: the deposit is retained (30%).
- 7 to 3 days before the event: 50% of the order value.
- Inside the last 72 hours, or no-show: 80% of the order value.
If your plans move, talk to us before you cancel — we would rather reschedule than lose your event.
